Jess joined Shotter & Byers in October 2021 and brings a wealth of experience from her previous role managing a well-known equine supplement company. She is a B List Discipline Commissioner for the European Conference of Arab Horse Organizations (ECAHO), reflecting her long-standing involvement in the equine industry.

Jess manages every aspect of the practice to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently for both clients and the veterinary team.

Outside of work, Jess spends her time with her Arab horses, which her family has been breeding and competing for over 30 years. In July 2023, she and her husband Matt welcomed their first child.
