Millie joined Shotter & Byers in December 2022 and quickly became an integral part of the team. She has been heavily involved in the export of horses to destinations around the world and has built excellent working relationships with a wide network of shipping agents and clients.

With a strong equestrian background, Millie has groomed both in the UK and the USA, and previously ran her own equine massage business. She also competed internationally as a mounted games rider, bringing a wealth of hands-on experience and industry knowledge to her role.
